Use of Donations
Donations will be used in program expenses in accordance with the donor’s intention. A donation made without note as to how it will be used, will be applied to operational expenses and other projects where it is most needed.
By setting up a recurring donation, you authorize SWIM to automatically process donations at the frequency and amount you select.
You may modify or cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at swim501c3@gmail.com or logging into your donor account.
Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation date.
Our Refund Policy
At SWIM, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and support. Every donation helps us move closer to our mission to provide educational resources, support initiatives, and foster environments where every child can reach their potential, contributing to a brighter, more equitable future.
Because your contributions are used quickly to make an impact, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, or if you accidentally made a duplicate gift, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make it right.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Donor Information & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for processing your gift, issuing receipts, and communicating with you about our work, unless you opt out.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Tax-Deductible Status
Small World International Ministries (SWIM) is designated by the US Dept. of Treasury as a 501c3 (99-3074806) and all donations are tax deductible and registered with Florida Dept of Agriculture (DTN:4107059).
